Who I Am & Why I Coach
My name is Garrett, founder of Regain Wellness West MI.
I didn’t come to wellness coaching from theory or trends. I came to it after navigating a difficult health crossroads in my own life.
At one point, weight gain, medication side effects, declining mobility, and exhaustion made everyday tasks increasingly difficult. I felt disconnected from my body and unsure how to move forward.
Instead of chasing extreme programs or quick fixes, I began focusing on small, realistic changes — movement, daily structure, consistency, and habit building.
Over time, those changes helped me regain strength, improve mobility, and rebuild control over my health.
That experience reshaped how I think about wellness — and ultimately led me to help others who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to start.

• CPR & First Aid (Adult, Child, Infant)
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Safety and responsibility are central to my work. My background in behavior change and habit formation allows me to help clients build consistency and confidence over time.
