Week 1 — Full In-Home Assessment (90 minutes)

We establish your baseline and build a plan that fits your life.

Includes:

  • Strength baseline testing

  • Home environment & pantry review (as appropriate)

  • Medication/supplement interaction awareness (non-medical guidance)

  • Personalized habit plan and goal setting

Weeks 2–12 — Weekly Coaching Sessions (60 minutes each)

Each session focuses on progress, consistency, and adaptability.

Every visit includes:

  • Personalized strength and mobility training

  • A1C-friendly habit coaching

  • Weekly action steps

  • Weight, energy, and mobility tracking

  • Stress and sleep habit support

  • Nutrition guidance based on lived experience
